In recent day, a report has arisen about the Sesame Street character Cookie Monster. He is currently out of chocolate chip cookies, and he is going through a withdrawal. He has been getting headaches, and he is downfalling into a serious depression. The Cookie Monster currently has nuclear weapons pointed at Russia. If he launches those weapons, the world will start a catastrophic nuclear war that may, in turn, blow up the world.
The only solution that will solve his problem other than cookies, is if he has a clean new haircut and shave. He hasn't been maintaining his hair since he has been out of cookies and is depressed. Hopefully, he will not become too impatient before a kind hearted gentleman steps forward to offer him a haircut. Otherwise, he may launch the nuclear weapons to ease his pain.
