Crime has been going on for centuries and even today crime has taken new forms like fraud and identity theft. What is the motivation behind the criminal masterminds of human life? What role does crime play in life? How can the world use it's negative effects to make positive outcomes? Because, there is good in evil. Take the situation in New Orleans, people stole merchandise to better there living conditions yet people stole to get those 40 inch LCD's when the city was feet below water. Is crime senseless or is it purely human behavior that predisposes one to break down into basic instincts?
